Receptionists/Secretaries
We have eight receptionists and one secretary.
Our receptionists are here to help you. They may need to ask you further questions when you phone. This is merely to ensure that your enquiry is dealt with effectively and to ensure that the service is used as
appropriately as possible. A receptionist's work is not easy and if it seems that undue interrogation is occurring, do not fear! The same rules of confidentiality that govern the doctors and nurses also apply to the
managers and the receptionists.
